The company's past business activities can be divided into 3 main periods. The period between 1992 to 1996, the early stage, could be said as "jump start" period. During this period, the company had grown tremendously with the size of credit porfoilo valued more than 3,500 million baht. For the year 1997 to 2002, the company entered into the second period; adjusting the structural and business base. The company had curtailed the leasing expansion, but pinpointing instead on the revision of business structure, the quality of its lending porfolio as well as on clearing up all of the npl ( non-performance loan). With such deed, the company could be able to recapture all of its losses and bring up confident from its creditors and share holders
